In case of the trip cancellation, Deshret Toursshould be provided via email with written confirmation that reservation should be cancelled.
If the cancellation datebetween 20 to 15 days before your arrival date, so 50% of your deposit will be charged
If the cancellation date between 15 to 7 days before your arrival date, so 75% of your deposit will be charged
If the cancellation date between 7 to 1 days before your arrival date, so 100% of your deposit will be charged
Additionally, if your program consists of domestic flights within Egypt so there will be a cancellation fees according to the cancellation policy of the domestic airlines.
