Individual Reservation:
Deshret Tours should receive a deposit of 20% of the total amount of your program to confirm your reservation, while the rest of the price of the program will be given to our representative upon your arrival to the destination country.
Group Reservations:
Deshret Tours should receive a deposit of 40% of the total amount of the group program to confirm the reservation, while the rest of the program price will be given to our representative upon the arrival of the group to the
destination country.
The payment of the deposit can be sent by different methods: Western Union, direct bank transfer.
Once we receive your deposit, we will send you a final confirmation e-mailthat your program has agreed.
In case of the trip cancellation, Deshret Tours should be provided via email with written confirmation that reservation should be cancelled.
If the cancellation date between 20 to 15 days before your arrival date, so 50% of your deposit will be charged
If the cancellation date between 15 to 7 days before your arrival date, so 75% of your deposit will be charged
If the cancellation date between 7 to 1 days before your arrival date, so 100% of your deposit will be charged
Additionally, if your program consists of domestic flights within Egypt so there will be a cancellation fees according to the cancellation policy of the domestic airlines.
The client will receive his refund on the same account and using the same method used for the original payment. In case of no show for an existing reservation, refunds will not be possible
We can use your photos and videos in our marketing materials without compensation. If you disagree, Deshret Tours should be provided via email with written refusal, before your arrival, that your photos and videos should not be used in our marketing materials.
Deshret Tours guarantees the best price and services in the market, we also guarantee the price of your program after the confirmation of your tour will not be changed. The currency of the tours’ prices is set to American dollars but you can pay in Euro or British pound.
Any optional tours such as entry inside any of the pyramids, is not included unless it was added during the process of reservation. In case the clients decided to do any of those optional tours then they should pay the required tickets.
Deshret Tours provides flexibility to Change your itinerary, as we know its importance for the travellers so we don’t apply any administrative fees on these changes to the itinerary except on the changes to tickets for air travel.
In case of the client needs any special requests, he should inform us at the time of reservation and we will try to do our best to satisfy such requests. But Deshret Tours does not guarantee to do because these requests do not form part of the contract. So our confirmation to pass these requests to the supplier does not guarantee to fulfill it.
Unless otherwise stated, prices of accommodation are per person in double room. Single rooms are available but with an additional rate. The names of hotels indicate to the quality but rooms might be reserved at another hotel of similar quality. The Published prices on our Web Site are inclusive of service charges and taxes, and they are subject to change without prior notice.

Children under 2 years old are free of charge and sharing their parents’ room
Children under 6 years old: 25% of total price for an individual and sharing their parents’ room
Children under 12 years old: 50% of total price for an individual
All children 12 or older are considered adults.
If your tour package includes flights, an extra supplement for your child may apply.

The programs quote the average price of flights with approximate timings. In case of changing of the previously booked flight so the result will be an extra charge in the total price of the program.
If you have any complaints while you are in Egypt, kindly notify the company staff immediately as most problems can be solved quickly. If you feel that your problem persists please call the chairman of the company while you are still on your tour and for sure the chairman will solve your problem immediately. Tipping is customary for expressing the client’s satisfaction with our staff service, so we advise if you are willing to offer tipping, it will be greatly appreciated by our staff. If not you are not obliged to do it.
Deshret Tours is an agent responsible on the participants relating to travel whether by rail road, boat, aircraft, or any other method of transportation, and Deshret Tours assumes no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following reasons: weather, acts of God, force major, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labor disputes, riots, theft, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines or acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes made by any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expenses.
At the time you have read our terms and conditions and you pay the deposit by any method of the mentioned payment methods that means you accepted all of our terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
